Farm in Salice Salentino, Lecce, 500 meters from the strategic junction Porto Cesareo - Lecce - Taranto, consisting of 7 sheds plus warehouses for a total of 10,000 square meters, of a manor house and of two more buildings adjacent to the caretaker and other staff housing. These buildings insist on a plot of ten hectares, seven of which are destined to vineyards of Malvasia and Negramaro varieties. A third of the vineyard is irrigated with a drip plant; in the remaining part, the plant has been deliberately disposed of, to meet the demands of the grape market with a higher gradation yield compared to a higher weight yield.
The vineyard is located at the turn of the State Road 7ter (the ancient Provincial Road Naples-Lecce) with the buildings in the center, which allows the whole complex great usability and possibility of maneuvering even heavy vehicles. The remaining three hectares of land are intended for arable land with rotational crops.
The three residential units require serious routine maintenance, with some recovery and renovation work. The main house has a surface of 180 square meters and is composed of the ground floor entrance hall, a dining room with fireplace, two large multipurpose rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, and on the first floor of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a portico. Two contiguous and specular houses to the main one, of 70 square meters each, are located on the ground floor and are composed of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The company, founded in 1950, in the 80s was implemented with a production aimed at the care and trade of pigs and hatching poultry. Regarding the intensive breeding of pigs, in 1992 an automated system was created for feeding the feed, with 6 silos of 150 quintals each. Poultry farming took place both on land and in cages.
